My team was responsible for a range of activities including a NADCAP plating line, NADCAP heat treat, NADCAP NDT, tool and die construction, punch press, CNC machining, surface preparation, logistics, planning, manufacturing engineering, maintenance, product assembly and testing. My primary goals were employee safety, customer on time delivery and meeting key financial targets.

Reporting to the GM, I oversaw the teams that focused on hard metal and aluminum CNC milling, assembly, maintenance, in process inspection, parts marking, warehouse, shipping, receiving, purchasing, OSP, logistics and contract review. Our team significantly reduced the past due backlog, improved variable cost structure by $2M+ (year on year), incorporated AS9100 rev D and brought non-conformances to under an annual average of 1% of revenue.

During my time as Operations Manager for the Jiskoot manufacturing facility, I was responsible for a cross functional team that manufactured bespoke project systems. Each project was engineered to meet our customer's process conditions, relevant certification requirements and individual company preferences. The typical duration of a project was between 6 to 18 months. As our products and systems were used throughout the world, I had the opportunity to work closely with a wide variety of customers, governmental bodies, supply chains and end users to ensure that we met the unique needs of each project. Some duties included: • Managing a cross functional team in a highly specified and varied project driven manufacturing environment. • Fostering cross departmental collaboration between Engineering, Design, Project Management, Materials, Production, Test, Sales, Quality and Logistics. • Responsible for key P&L and plant KPIs• Meeting our customer's expectations for on time delivery.• Projecting and meeting monthly and quarterly revenue targets.

During my time as the Materials Manager at the Measurement System's Jiskoot Sampling Facility, I was the first true Cameron employee to be integrated into the acquired business. As the majority of the plant level management had left the facility weeks before my arrival, I worked quickly to understand existing processes, reinforce them and then agree a consist approach with the team. Within the role I was responsible for a wide variety of plant and P&L KPIs but the primary focus was on successful backlog execution. Some duties included: • Projecting and meeting monthly and quarterly revenue targets. • Meeting our customer's requirements for on time product and project delivery. • Developing new and existing machining, electrical and fabrication vendors. • Managing the day-to-day and strategic operations of the purchasing, planning, storage and shipment of our products.• Improving cross-departmental process understanding though a leaner and more visible flow. • Implementation of an Upgraded ERP system as a "Super User" for the region.

During my time in the Millbury Valves and Measurement Plant, I worked in the welding and assembly areas as the shop floor supervisor. My team worked with exotic alloys, various project qualifications, oxygen clean assembly, various forms of NDT (MPI, PMI, Radiography, UT, DYE Pen), pressure testing, cryogenic testing, functional testing and painting. During this rotation I also worked closely with both internal and external HSE auditors. Working with a team, we were responsible for resolving a variety of HSE audit findings and mitigating any other risks that were identified throughout the process. During this time I also used a wide variety of data sets to review all waste streams for the facility before completing the EPA, TRI Form R reporting for the plant.

During my time in the Leeds Subsea Plant, I did a six month rotation with the Purchasing Department. My primary responsibility was the procurement of highly specified, bespoke Subsea fabrications. In this rotation I focused on the creation of purchase orders, PPV savings, NCR assessment, RFQ activity, supplier on-time-delivery, risk mitigation and vendor development. I also had the opportunity to develop my project management skills with SCOPE project management training.

During my time at the OKC Compression Plant, I did two, six month rotations. The first rotation was in manufacturing engineering and focused on process improvement and standardization, capital expenditure and Lean/6Sigma implementation. During this time I received my 6 Sigma Green Belt by completing a variety of 6 Sigma projects and the associated training. The second rotation was in materials management and focused on plant scheduling, material staging and BOM, Assembly and material challenges found on the shop floor.
