I was the managing member of nine real estate investment and development LLCs, specializing in commercial, industrial and residential projects in San Diego, California and Tucson, Arizona. I provided acquisition, development, construction oversight, marketing and brokerage services.

My responsibilities included the position of interim CEO and development of new market opportunities. Founded in 1989, RPC Property Tax Advisors is a taxpayer advocacy company providing professional property tax appeal representation for commercial real estate and business tangible personal property.

While at FMP, I provided lease administration and commercial lease abstracting services using a sophisticated facility and personnel management software program. FMP, Inc works with commercial property owners and tenants to manage the entire life cycle of their real estate and infrastructure assets. Utilizing web-based Computer Aided Facility Management (CAFM) and Integrated Workplace Management Systems (IWMS), clients can connect facilities information with an organization's operational, human resource and financial data.

Responsibilities included the administration and direct asset management of portfolios of under-performing and non-performing loan assets from thrifts in receivership with Resolution Trust Corporation. Resolutions exceeded $600 million.

Provided oversight, management and resolution of approximately $1.4 billion of troubled real estate assets, under contract to COAST SAVINGS AND LOAN and also as a Senior Asset Manager for EUREKA FEDERAL SAVINGS while Eureka was under FSLIC's Management Consignment Program (MCP).
