Developed in MS Visual Studio 2010 Professional.In order to provide Content Processing Applications (CPA) for a project, I had to use a customer supplied Generic Framework Specification. My project was the first to ever use this new framework. There were a number of initial set-up challenges with their system. I worked closely with the customer to overcome the problems by enhancing their documentation, rewriting their code and supplying them with better test data that resulted in being able to deliver my project on time. NOTE: these CPAs are used evaluate and manipulate video content during forensics investigations. • Pixel Forensics TestingAssisted in testing multimedia triage system. Testing involved the development of test cases and hands on integration testing and documentation.

Java based software providing a secure, reliable Tactical Key Management System.Completed learning, writing, testing, and running SI&T procedures for Java based Key Delivery System running wirelessly in a tactical environment ahead of schedule.• Internodal Internet Communication - SI&T, DT&E. Developed and executed of both SI&T and DT&E Procedures. Classified Project with independent nodes which used the Web Services Description Language (WSDL) to establish web services.Learned and installed new development system using JBuilder running Java to run the tested node and soapUI Pro to simulate incoming messages to that node. Wrote and ran requirement based test cases on time for both the SI&T & DT&E schedules.• CF Simulator Development. Software Lead for the Central Facility (CF) Simulator. Developed on a Windows NT using C++. Developed to test the capabilities of various End Cryptographic Units (ECUs), to verify ECU electronic rekey processing and to serve as an early implementation model for key/rekey message formats and communication interfaces. Customer support provided.Led a team of five to implement benign fill capability to a C++ object oriented CF Simulator developed on Visual Studio. Task was in support of an ECU that was in development. Team met all milestones ahead of the time required by the ECU development schedule. Effort was fully approved by the government during DT&E.

• EKMS Development. Duties included design, code, test, system integration, configuration management and software audits for the Electronic Key Management System (EKMS) software. Developed within a VMS environment with Pascal using an SQL database. Customer support provided.Averted potential loss of entire Electronic Key Management System (EKMS) by working closely with pivotal government representative to identify incoming message pathways at risk, and implemented code to close vulnerabilities. Commended by both the government representative and the company.Streamlined testing procedures (while one node being tested, the other was run in debug node to verify correctness of messages) for the EKMS system by introduction of scripting that enabled automation of tests and ultimately used by team. During DT&E test time significantly reduced, and increased time to explain tests to government observers. Overachieved project goal for 80% award bonus by 15%, and on two additional EKMS projects overachieved by 15% and 17.8%.

Prototyped on-line documentation using html. • Provided on site customer support.• SGG is a windowed suite of four applications developed on the Silicon Graphics Workstation in a UNIX environment. SGG generated tactical scenarios used as input to the Patriot Weapon training system and is written in C using ProDev C for platform development.
