Duties included meet with customer and explain the benefits of their newly installed computers.Troubleshoot the computers with the customer. Lead the team in a successful and professional deployment. Deploy and troubleshoot printers. Deploy and troubleshoot Apple and PC computers. Support to the Chicago Public School district for their new and old Apple and PC computers.
