NGNCP is a transformational national security system for the FBI. Supports an Agile DevOps team with procurement risk assessments, and technical requests for changes within the FBISE and unclassified environments. Communicates changes to system users via release notes, and web based presentations. Responsible for the development and implementation of training materials ranging from lectures, software demonstrations, software simulations, instructional videos, and user manuals. Implements change management strategies, and provides help desk support and ticket analysis.

Deployment Lead, (contractor support) Integrated Pay and Personnel System- Army (IPPS-A). Planned, developed, published and currently implementing the Increment II IPPS-A Deployment Strategy for an ERP with 1.2 million users. Leads All PMO Deployment related efforts, deployment strategy, release planning, fielding schedule, stakeholder engagement, mission analysis, COA development and implementation. Led and facilitated a diverse group of Government and Army Stakeholders through mission analysis and course of action development to reach consensus and ultimately adoption of the IPPS-A Increment II Deployment Strategy, and Release 2 Fielding Strategy. Currently, leading this group of stakeholders in developing the Release 3 Fielding Strategy, which will provide, for the first time, a single, transactional HR system for the entire 1.2 M Army Soldiers.
