About Tom Leary

I am an English barrister specialising in all aspects of commercial litigation, arbitration, sanctions and public lawI represent international and domestic clients in a wide range of courts and international arbitrations, including those seated in London, Singapore, Hong Kong, Kuala Lumpur and the Caribbean. I have taught Constitutional Law at Christ Church, Oxford. I spent a year working as the Judicial Assistant to Lord Mance at the UK Supreme Court and am a member of the Welsh Government B Panel of Junior Counsel (Public Law) and the Attorney General’s B Panel (from 1 September 2023). I am also a member of the AIAC Panel of Arbitrators.
