In this position, I over see the day to day operations of 40+ locations throughout Arkansas, Mississippi and Louisiana. I make sure each location has what they need to build revenue by talking to the local DMV's, lawyers, probation officers and driver control. I also scout new locations that will be profitable, open new locations, set up and train each location.
