Responsabilities :Led as Director of a continuous production site operating 24/7 - 365 days a year, managing a workforce of 250 people, and overseeing an operating budget of 55M€ annually and an annual CAPEX budget of 7 M€. Major contributions :• Successfully executed a competitive repositioning of the plant following a layoff plan in 2014, by transitioning the industrial model from "high volume/low-cost" to "short series/high-quality." and achieving realignment of the product mix through close collaboration with the sales forces. Product mix evolved by 40% within 3 years and Industrial flexibility enhanced by 30% without additional staffing. The plant joins the TOP 3 Flexibility of the group. • Spearheaded the on-site implementation of the Operational Excellence Program. Led the change management during the transformation phase and created the conditions of sustainable improvements (quality, productivity, service). Resulted in substantial cost savings of 1,5M euros within 18 months.

Responsabilities :Led the Lean Manufacturing programme deployment at corporate level (33 factories spanning 10 countries) with a dedicated focus in Europe. Major contributions :• Provided cross-network leadership by tracking KPIs, sharing benchmarks, and following the successful implementation of best practices. • Conducted operational oversight of projects within various business units, including BU France (Lagnieu & Albi), BU Iberia (Barcelona), BU Italy (Dego). • Led the pioneering pilot project in BU North Europe (Munich) in a full context of cross cultural & Cross-functional management.
