He became a life insurance agent in 2012, determined to help families protect their income and build financial legacies. He sold more than 100 life insurance policies during his first two years. As a result, Thomas qualified for Million Dollar Round Table (MDRT)* in 2013 and 2014.Confident that he had a process for developing anyone with discipline, the desire to serve, and an entrepreneurial drive, Thomas accepted a promotion to partner with his prior firm in 2015. “My go-to saying is ‘Trust the process not the result!’” said Thomas. “I preach that to my team all of the time.” Thomas’ process paid off.
