Working on the Business Services Team for the Albany/Lebanon offices, I work to establish relationships with area employers, to assist with recruitment practices and strategy, to understand and stay in compliance with ADA and labor laws. I work with front line staff to assist with the placement and/or development of positions for job seekers. I perform outreach and networking in the community through site visits with local businesses and organizations, networking events through both the Albany and Lebanon Chambers of Commerce, communication and collaboration with the local Workforce Investment Board, Economic Development Community, K-14 education systems, OYA Youth Correctional facility, local partner agencies, local and county governments.I work as part of a team, that prior to the pandemic, was a top performer in the state at job placements using enhanced recruitment services and job development.

Primary first contact for all new and existing business members of the Chamber. The mission of this position is to market benefits, services and programs of the Albany Area Chamber of Commerce to non-member firms and help retain current membership. Through networking, relationship building, participation on committees and groups, build my personal network for referrals. Team member and committee member for the creation of such programs as; Emerging Leaders (Young Professionals), PIPELINE to JOBS program, tiered dues program. Networking facilitator for nearly 100 networking events per year.Responsible for update and maintenance and updating of Chamber website, implementation of new CRM solution, creation and maintenance of social media accounts. Recognized by ACCE (American Chamber of Commerce Executives) for adding over 500 new members to the Albany Chamber over the course of my employment.

Inside sales position whose duties include customer acquisition, retention, service and consultation. To identify potential customers needs through business consultation, making recommendations to them based on their individual needs and filling them with appropriate products and services. Design, implementation and tracking of results of marketing programs including online, print and direct mail.
