Responsible for transitioning network from Eastman Kodak's network as part of the companies split. This transition includes standing up two data centers, providing Enterprise services as well as many customer facing applications; migrating networks for 50 sites worldwide across a dedicated MPLS network; standing up a Site-to-Site VPN solution for 20+ 3rd party sites; providing a Research and Development network; and creating documentation and policies for the Telecommunications team to use. Engineered a solution to replace 75+ internal VPNs for developers to a tunneled solution, allowing access to the internet unfiltered to replicate customer environments, saving $90K in hardware and increasing performance by 250%. Simplified network drawings with interactive tools allowing a team of varying IT experience to gain valuable information needed for troubleshooting increasing productivity 150%.
