Created a Microsoft Excel spreadsheet that highlights the expired dates for these documents using the conditional formatting tool allowing the Supplier Relations Team to easily view which supplier's policies needed updated. Developed and implemented an SOP outlining the steps required for the process of this audit. Handled distribution of new amendments, addendums and quarterly scorecards to suppliers within their respective programs. Created a report in ServiceNow that outlines the common incidents found in the BetterNet ticket system, allowing the Supplier Relations Team to focus on key areas of concern.
