Led an air defence platoon of 20 soldiers and five squad leaders.

► Led the project that delivered system software, signal processing function, and overall software system of the Electronic Warfare (EW) subsystem of Gripen E/F► Emphasized the use of agile development methods as well as the improvement of group dynamics in teams and between teams to create so-called high performance team (HPT)► Introduced Agile Release Train (ART) as a way of working to ensure that the software components developed by different teams integrates successfully► Made several initiatives to improve the IT and development environment in a DevOps spirit► The project successfully used the concept of "System Anatomy" to breakdown the system into its capabilities to create a common understanding amongst all project members about the system to be built and to coordinate the agile development teams► Model-based systems engineering (MBSE) was introduced to model the system and to outline requirements on the software components

► Designed, coded, and integrated the signal processing of a Radar Warning Receiver (RWR) for fighter jets to detect radio emissions from (enemy) radar systems► C++, C, Bash, Python, Solaris, Windriver VxWorks, Windriver Tornado, GCC, MS Visual Studio

The title is "Design, prototype and evaluation of a Geocast Enabler Architecture for the IP Multimedia Subsystem". A Geocast enabler allows real-time transmission of information to objects (cell phones or vehicles) with respect to their current geographic location. I designed the architecture and an interface which allows third party developers to use Geocast functionalities in their applications. The implementation was conducted both in C++ and Java and involves communication technologies such as TCP and HTTP/1.1.

The work included the recipient of external supplies, depreciation of full freight, and inventory adjustments. All work tasks was performed in the computer system SAP.

Was involved in setting up a research environment aiming at researching on grasping techniques for dual arm robots. The work required good knowledge of low level programming with C and also some knowledge about the transport protocol UDP for communicating with the two robot manipulators.

The title is "Evaluation of the precision of sensors for inertial navigation." I developed a methodology that focused on four of the sensor errors: Scaling factor, bias, random walk and bias instability.
