Managed bidding specification development & evaluation and negotiation of prices, terms and conditions of all contracts, purchase orders and basic ordering agreements. Transitioned the office from 4 personnel to 29 and secured 96 training courses for newly assigned individuals.

APM for the Fire Support Sensor System (FS3) which is a Forward Looking Infrared (FLIR) sensor utilized by reconnaissance, and artillery spotters, and the Warlock which is a classified countermeasure. Also responsible for Horizontal Technology Integration of Second Generation FLIR and represented the Program Executive Officer to U.S. Army Aviation. Led a staff of 18 personnel, responsible for 11 contracts valued at over $145 Million. Directly interacted with military units overseas to shape program execution and ensure needs of units in combat were met with responsive material solutions. Supported operational units by ensuring fieldings were on schedule, at or below contracted cost, and integration of 3rd Generation FLIR into future technologies. Conducted test and evaluations of new and improved weapons systems. Developed and executed milestones to ensure key performance parameters were evaluated, and necessary modifications were made with full support from the customer. After negotiating $100 Million contract with Raytheon, accelerated production schedule to enable early fielding to units overseas. Communicated all activities, particularly those of significant accomplishment or any impacting cost or schedule to senior executives.
