Thomas M. Little was admitted to the Alabama State Bar in 1993 and to the State Bar of Georgia in 2005. He graduated from Birmingham-Southern College with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting in 1990, and attended the University of Alabama School of Law, from which he graduated in 1993. He is a member of the U.S. District Courts for the Northern and Middle Districts of Alabama, as well as the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 11th Circuit.
