In this role, I have been tasked with keeping the promise that we made to our investors that we will do everything that we can to keep their investments safe and growing. I am currently responsible for the performance of a constantly growing portfolio of 90+ Grocery Anchored Shopping Centers that has a Net Asset Value (NAV) at over $1 Billion. Being a fully integrated company that handles all facets of acquiring, owning, leasing, and operating a shopping centers, I have the privilege of working with nearly every department within our company. I also get the opportunity to work closely with many of our Grocery partners that anchor our centers. My main focus in this role is protecting and growing the net operating income (NOI) at each of our centers individually so that collectively the portfolio remains stable and healthy well into the future. My current "North" region consists of our centers in the following states: NY, PA, OH, MI, IN, IL, WI, IA, MN, MO, KS. My portfolio is comprised of centers that are held within each of our different investment vehicles including, all three of our RIETs, our management company, as well as our venture partnership with TPG.Individually and collectively as a company, we remain dedicated to creating great grocery anchored shopping experiences.

As a Regional Vice President, Portfolio Management, I am responsible for maintaining and enhancing the value of each of our Non Traded REIT Portfolio of Grocery Anchored Shopping Centers in the West, Midwest, and Northeast reagions.To accomplish this, I work with each individual team and department within the company to ensure each asset has a specific plan to grow the NOI (Net Operating Income). This is done by focusing on enhancing the shopping experience for each customer, therefore increasing sales for each tenant thereby allowing them to pay more rent.

Leader of a team of construction professionals. We are responsible for all construction activites at all Shopping Centers, within all Funds managed by Phillips Edison & Company.These projects include:Ground-up development and constructionMajor Capital Improvement ProjectsInstalling new Tenants into vacant spacesManaging the Tenant Improvement Allowance process for all Tenant managed projects.

Working with this very small development company, I had many responsibilities. Most notably, I was responsibile for the underwriting and construction for all development projects.
