- Designed fluid and thermal management subsystem components, tubes, and brackets- Completed trade studies to support critical program functions driving successful future concept refinement- Built thermal system fault lists and developed subsystem component qualification procedures for program milestones- Conducted preliminary heat transfer analysis for cold plates and managed thermal system part orders- Identified cooling fans for specific mission profiles and integrated parts into existing structural designs

- Managed inventory, production part orders, and assembly schedules of various ADP programs- Constructed build sequences and large scale assembly tooling for various application areas and products- Designed next generation experimental additive fuel tank and joggle panels for proof pressure tests

- Designed dispenser prototype for quicker aeroseal application for an overall reduction in man hours. Product was implemented within 2 months of project start with future improvements planned.- Developed solutions to reduce overall production time on blanket assemblies for the AMMM (Air Mobility and Maritime Missions) portfolio. - Built tooling center plans to optimize small parts, consumable, and expendable tool control systems. Introduced new data analytic techniques and a barcode scanner system for increased part tracking capabilities.- Researched new methods to remove bonding adhesive. Conducted lab tests to determine optimal removal process in terms of overall process time, material delamination effects, and vibration ergonomics.
