Solution takes management of biocorrosion risk in oil industry to a new level. - Several new technologies taken from lab to field in few years: DNA-based corrosion management concept, New technology for conformance control in fractured reservoirs, On-line microbial monitoring equipment Technical services to oil industry:- Advice clients on management of microbially related issues as reservoir souring, corrosion and fouling.Staff management: - Recruitment and development of young talents into successful and innovative consultants - Facilitated culture change from single performers to engaged team Strategy and business development: - Planned and executed strategy, realizing annual two-digit growth rates over five years - Project management - Contract development activities - Project reponsible for development of business within advanced chemistry.
