I love being able to use my vast experience in these areas, achieved by more than 25 years of working in the food industry.I am responsible for R&D and the pre-sale strategy for our biggest customer. I am responsible for the development of pre-sale tools for our valued customers.I drive innovation for our biggest customer with my small and dedicated team. I use a fair share of my time trying to understand our customers better. And most importantly building a long lasting relationship with our customers.I am good at converting ideas and trials into full scale production due to my vast experience in food industry processes and years of working in factories.I am good at making solutions in taste and functionality that suit the wishes and processes of our customers.I am good at reducing time to market in projects due to my many years of experience in project management.I am not good at working in an unstructured and toxic environment. I am not good at working with people who treat other people poorly.I am not going to push my employees beyond what is fair.Other than that I run like hell - or long distances anyway.
