I am a design leader with over 20 years of experience in delivering creative excellence and business value through design. As the Head of Design and Co-Founder of OEO Studio, I lead and collaborate on a wide range of design assignments worldwide, from retail and interiors to furniture and branding, for discerning clients such as Noma, Flos, Gubi, Mutina, and Starbucks Roastery.My design philosophy is based on the concept of compelling minimalism, which is expressed through an intuitive yet methodical approach, an inner sense of necessity and enduring quality, and a particular sensibility to working with materiality and textures. I am inspired by the cultural context and the human interactions of each project, and I aim to create designs that unlock new and meaningful dimensions. I have created award-winning designs that have earned their place in the permanent collections of prestigious museums and galleries around the world. I am also the Creative Director of HOSOO, a Japanese textile brand with a rich heritage and a vision for international expansion.
