The primary responsibilities within my role include:- Managing and maintaining all hardware, software and licenses owned by the company. Ensuring all stock is up to date and readily available to be deployed to the various development teams;- Communicating with staff members across the company to provide technical support and educate them on business processes and security standards;- Product research, evaluation and rollout to relevant company departments. This usually requires arranging meetings with suppliers to discuss our product requirements and budget to determine whether the product is suitable and should be recommended to GlobalX;- Exporting data from the company hosted Postgres database using SQL to be used in varies business reports such as client transaction and revenue reports.
