Built backoffice solutions for employee analytics, onboarding, and other automation. This included porjects where I owned the bulk or entirety of the development cycle including application design, implementation, deployment, and provisioning of infrastructure.

Here I developed my Ansible skills by developing ansible playbooks with molecule testing. I also helped develop a custom software distribution technology based on docker that can run arbitrary automation like chef, ansible, DSC, etc.

I took on many hats in this role. I wrote a few powershell scripts, including one that scanned our network looking for WannaCry-vulnerable machines, generating a report, and emailing machine owners. I also did some networking tasks, wrote several chef cookbooks, and regularly helped devs with their build issues.

I've begun working on a component of an embedded system in C++. As a part of this, I've begun learning and practicing best practices for developing with legacy code. I've been responsible for deploying, unit testing, and documenting new planned requested features on a deadline.As a side project, I've set up a MediaWiki instance deployed by Chef cookbook that I wrote myself. This was a part of a larger process improvement measure.

What began as a senior project to allow autonomous control of drones for various services through a web site has now grown into a business. I've been responsible for building the features, infrastructure, messaging, and designing various visualizations for every iteration of the product.Specifically, I've designed and built the full stack for a web-based aerial drone communication system using C#, ASP.NET, and Entity Framework deployed to Azure on the backend, leaflet, cesium, and AngularJS on the frontend, and Visual Studio, bower, npm, jasmine, and gulp for development.
