I am a finance attorney residing in Charlotte, NC. My practice focuses on representing financial institutions, lenders, arrangers and borrowers in leveraged and investment grade financings, cash flow and asset-backed financings, and other secured and unsecured lending transactions. Prior to practicing law, I served as an infantryman in the U.S. Army’s 82nd Airborne Division based in Fort Bragg, North Carolina.My wife and I moved to Charlotte to take advantage of the area's proximity to the ocean, mountains, and of course, beautiful Lake Norman and Lake Wylie. It's also great to be back in SEC/ACC country. Specialties: administration, management, research, editing, presenting and writing/creating.
