Customer's project manager responsible for preparing technical and functional requirements specification in collaboration with all business units at the customer and supplier of the IT-solution.• Implementation of a new Self-Service ad platform for a large media organization. Project Manager in charge of coordination and planning with external suppliers and internal resources, development, testing and implementation.• Implementation of a joint reporting tool in SAP for a large Norwegian bank.

Consultant within "IT strategy and transformation".Project manager and advisor on a large IT and business transformation program for a large media organization (3500 employees). Worked on initial analysis, through design, implementation, testing and pilots for selected business units. The project team consisted of 10-30 project members from the client and several external suppliers from different countries.
