Manages the grant application and funding process for the Blue & You Foundation, ensuring a well-organized grant process and delivery of funds while tracking the grant making process from beginning to end, including application acceptance, grant award letters, grant payments, and grant reports and outcomes. Engages with executive leadership to provide data analytics through collecting and reviewing grant history data, generating reports, and providing accurate responses for both perspective and current funding programs and projects as requested. Prepares board meeting materials and reports for executive leadership twice annually.

Manages the Blue & You Foundation grant application process, review process, and reporting process to report to executive leadership the outcomes of community partnerships established through the Foundation. Prepares presentations and materials for the Blue & You Foundation Board of Directors meetings bi-annually. Maintains Arkansas Blue Cross and Blue Shield Corporate Sponsorships and Contributions budget and monthly requests to present to executive leadership. Manages event attendance, sponsorship payments, tax reconciliations and utilization of sponsor benefits for community sponsored events.Manages yearly mini grants, including performing due diligence and tax verification for each organization, manages payments and grant reporting with organizations.

Coordinated and executed all logistics for domestic and international events for an association whose membership is comprised of leaders from both the national and international business and diplomatic communities.
