Current• Manage a team of analysts for all Treasury and Capital Markets related outputs both internally and externally to ensure successful completion of all deliverables, further education, and overall efficiency • Manage short term liquidity through multiple warehouse lines• Oversee cadenced loan sales for all products of RCN - Checking/improving data tapes, packaging loans, solving post-close exceptions, and timely execution and correspondence with respective investor counterparts • Oversight in the resolution of all deal inquiries, scenarios, and rate locks that are submitted to our team from other departments within RCN (Leverages/Products/Credit Committee Inquiries)• Implemented process improvements across multiple internal groups increasing the team’s overall efficiency • Oversee a QC team to improve data integrity and to ensure every loan meets our internal guidelines across our full product spectrum (RTL, LTR, GUC, Multifamily)• Collaborate with both external counterparties and our internal sales team to understand pain points and potential growth areas in order to expand our buy-box and guidelines, increasing future origination
