Definition and set up of the Team warehouse services in France based on the original services in Germany. The main tool is a website where users of WMS (Warehouse Management System) cqn find the best suited WMS for their needs. On the other hand, the website propose to supplier a unique and dedicated platform where they can advertise their product.The product has been launched in March 2011 and is now meeting with success. By the end of my graduation project, two suppliers were in the process of subscribing on the platform.I also worked on a side project about writing a comparative market report on WMS in France anf Germany. The publication is due at the end of summer 2011.

I joined the Management School and its Operations Management and EBusiness Group. I work for Dr Hossam Ismail in his Agility Center on a set of tools to assess the Agility of a mean of production in the context of Mass Customization. As a result, I produced a VBA Excelsheet allowing Production Managers (espescially in SMEs) to improve their knowledge of their capacity of production.In order to validite of the tool, I worked woth two students on their Master dessertation project. We intervienned in a spa manifacturer workshop to help the company optimize its process.
