Designed, deployed, and scaled Meta's first cloud production solutions allowing completely remote distributed live and recorded video production capabilities during COVID-19 on AWS. These workflows have been adopted globally by Meta, and used on 10,000+ productions with more than 300 active users, including numerous executive and Tier 0/1 productions.Collaborates with production, cloud engineering, design, operations, and end users across all of Meta's cloud production modules (live production, editing/post-production, and streaming/distribution) to champion technical workflows, provide cross-functional product support, and enhance production capabilities across multiple organizations.Oversight of engineering processes and procedures for physical Meta Video Productions studios in North America and global responsibility for virtual control rooms.Collaborates with Global Design team on studio designs and standards to ensure production and operational workflow needs are met during new studio builds, retrofits, and field kit deployments. Leads the Facebook Video Productions team of FTC producers, editors, and coordinators to support Facebook's Entertainment Media Partnerships team, Facebook Gaming, Facebook Watch, and VIP broadcasts. Oversees global alignment with counterpart supervisors in New York, Buenos Aires, São Paulo, and Mexico City for best production practices, SOPs, and partner experience. Assisted in the execution of more than 1,000 video and photo projects since January 2018, including onsite and offsite live productions, produced assets, and creative consultations. Impact of internal services resulted in a $1M+ reduction of video production costs to Facebook within the first year.
