Areas of responsibility:• Organizing the floor layout for presenting auction lots.• Photographing, researching, describing and cataloguing Auction lots.• Have had in house training with experience in Auctioneering.

Areas of responsibility:• Overall day to day running of the company.• Managing sales, Purchase orders, coordinating couriers for delivers.• Choosing product lines i.e. Sourcing and uploading them to the website.• Monitoring and managing cash flow, budgets and company accounts.

Areas of responsibility:• Administration and stock control.• Hiring/Time management of staff, problem solving and weekly Rota’s.• Reaching weekly and monthly sales targets for the store/staff.• Training new staff in all store policies, products and sales procedures.• Managing and developing an 8 staff sales team.• Cash management and opening/ closing the store as well as key holder responsibilities.

Areas of responsibility:• Kitchen/Bathroom Designer with CAD design.• Cleaning/maintaining the showroom floor.• Reaching weekly and monthly targets in furniture, conservatory, kitchen and bathroom sales.• Being flexible to assist customers with all floor departments to increase add-on sales.• Managing and developing my product knowledge on existing and upcoming product ranges.• Assisting the Showroom Manager in the day to day running of the department.
