Worked within a $12M budget while teaming with forward thinking and cutting-edge professionals who developed a product called Target Now. Developed drug patient right time connecting three pieces; recommenced chemo to be prescribed, a $40M year product. * Provided engineering knowledge for personalized medicine development and approach to prostate cancer diagnosis and theranosis. Authored a manuscript and several white papers for clinical evidentiary decision support automation.* Designed and developed a platform for Competitive Intelligence and Business Intelligence surrounding personalized medicine.

Recruited to join an 11-member software development team and strategically develop and lead enterprise-wide bioinformatics initiatives. Developed software and processes for large-scale data integration and categorization efforts, genetic map validation to support molecular breeding initiatives and sequence analysis pipelines.* Spearheaded expansion of R&D strategy with the development of domestic and international patent competitive intelligence pipeline; designed electronic patent filing system to increase productivity and decrease cost.* Developed a tool creating awareness between groups and allowing capability to search and access data in real-time to submit scientific opinions and examine and compare competitors’ analysis sequence portfolios.* Convinced Intellectual Property Group to turn passive approach into competitive intellectual property landscape.* Debugged unstable software, Lion Bioscience SRS, middleware product.
