A biotech and pharmaceutical sales leader who is known for building strong teams, attracting top talent and delivering superior results year after year. Tom is a motivational coach who helps others succeed and many of his direct reports have received top honors and awards. During the last seven years, Tom has been involved in CNS start ups where he has joined the organization on the ground floor and has helped to build out the sales organization for launch and beyond. Tom has extensive experience working with neurologists and psychiatrists in the Midwest.At Baxter, Tom was the National Sales Director for the Bio T Account Division and was responsible for over $600M in sales through hospitals, integrated delivery networks and alternate sites of care. In addition to leading a national sales team, Tom has driven the contracting process, evaluates pricing proposals and worked closely with national integrated delivery networks. He has worked closely with the Lilly neuroscience marketing groups and has launched seven different brands in the last decade. Finally, he has received several top accolades.
