He set forecasts, incentives and national training needs. In addition to leading a national sales team, Tom has driven the contracting process, evaluates pricing proposals and worked closely with national integrated delivery networks. At Lilly, Tom has had over 13 years in sales leadership ( second line manager) and has led multiple teams, over 35 district managers and hundreds of sales representatives. He has worked closely with the Lilly neuroscience marketing groups and has launched seven different brands in the last decade. Finally, he has received several top accolades. He was one of nine in the entire company chosen for the Chairman's Ovation Award and has also been designated as a Master Performer Senior Sales Director.Prior to sales leadership, Tom has had experience in corporate business development, marketing, managed care pricing and sales.Tom's broad background includes leading sales in healthcare, group health insurance, hospitals, managed care, primary care, psychiatry, neurology ,women's health, OB GYN, neuroscience, payer, government and other medical market segments.
