I am a Senior Partner at Korn Ferry and I lead the firm’s Global Mining & Metals Practice.Having spent my entire career in executive search and talent consulting, I have gained significant industry expertise and deep industry connections in the global mining and metals sector with a functional emphasis on Board, C-suite, CEO Succession, and executive level assignments. My sector experience includes working closely with global major and mid-tier mining and metals companies, and financial sponsors investing in the sector.I am passionate about responsible and sustainable resource development and pleased to be working with professionals who share that commitment. Having grown up in a small town in the Canadian Rockies, I know firsthand the impact resource development has on communities and on our environment. Through my work, I strive to help clients deliver real, lasting benefits for the communities where they operate with the smallest effect possible on the environment while encouraging diversity and inclusion in everything I do.I earned a bachelor’s degree in political sciences and economics from Western University in Ontario, Canada.
