As a Product Specialist at Apple, I provide customers with personalized and expert guidance on the latest products and services. I use my communication and marketing skills to build rapport, identify needs, and offer solutions that enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty. I also collaborate with my team to achieve sales and service goals, and to create a positive and inclusive work environment.In addition to my role at Apple, I am also a researcher for The Sports Analytics Club Program, where I conduct research on various individuals and events in the sports industry. This allows me to stay updated on the trends and developments in the field, and to apply my analytical and problem-solving skills to various projects. I am also involved in the Young Orthodox Tewahedo Christians (YOTC), where I work on projects that benefit our community and create content using my creative and technical skills. I am currently pursuing a BA in Communications Public Relations at Penn State University, with an expected graduation date of June 2025. I am passionate about the sports industry and I am eager to pursue a career in this field. I am also interested in accounting principles, data processing, economic literacy, and finance management.
