Certified Economic Developer with over 20 years of experience in economic development, public management and public policy. During his career he has successfully attracted investments and jobs from major corporations, including: Siemens, IKEA, Raytheon, Bank of America, Amazon, FedEx and General Dynamics. His career also includes work on over $1 billion of public/private partnerships. Prior to his current position with Prince William County, he worked in economic development positions in Loudoun County, Virginia and Charlotte, N.C. Tom is a past Board Member of the International Economic Development Council and currently serves on the IEDC’s Accredited Economic Development Organization Committee. He earned his MPA from the LBJ School of Public Affairs and his BA from Kalamazoo College.
