CURRENT ROLE* Chairman of the Board for Intravest Capital LLC.* Thomas is currently the CEO of Intravest Development LLC.* President of Merit Investments LLC.* Managing Member of Ridgewood LLC.* Thomas is a partner / executive management in several organizations (local and national), playing both a direct and indirect role in approximately 35 companies. * Thomas currently sits on several 501 © 3 boards, and has dedicated his free time to helping these charities with the emphasis on children, their education and their well being.CAREER HISTORY•Thomas career has started from his foundation as an entry level accountant for Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Arizona, to the senior accounting positions at Cigna Healthcare, to managing the accounting departments for Mesa General Hospital and Community Hospital, (Summit Healthcare and Ornda Healthcare).•During the 1990s - 2002, Thomas acquired and operated a chain of MRIs throughout the United States. At this same time Thomas founded SOL Communications LLC (STPCS LLC), a privately held digital PCS company, (Texas based, Scottsdale headquartered) that sold to Voice Stream, (now known as T-Mobile) in 2001 for $342 Million. Thomas also acted as Chairman and President of Americall International LLC, the holding entity for SOL Communications.•During the 2000s, Thomas founded RoLo Development LLC, a privately held commercial development company with acquisitions that approximated $65 Million. RoLo Development was sold to a private group at the peak of the market in March 2007.*Starting in early 2012, Thomas became a founding member and CEO of Intravest Development LLC, a privately held Real Estate firm specializing in the acquisition, portfolio development and management of large commercial and residential projects.Thomas will find undervalued individuals and partnering to help them reach their true potential in business and life.
