My career includes more than 19 years of practical experience through my initial role as project manager in a large Danish production company combined with his last 14 years as a management consultant. My experience is built through participation in multiple assignment centered around design, planning and realization of transformation projects and programs spanning several industries including manufacturing, finance, pharmaceutical, shipping and transport both nationally and internationally. As part of my roles I've been gradually over the last 10 years deep-dived into the people & leadership development covering both executive, team and personal leadership perspective. This combined with a skill set covering strategy and organisational design thinking contributes to a strong engagement and transformation impact profile with a dominant focus on the vertical development of Humans!
