Activities include global trading via the Bloomberg AIM Order Management System (OMS), global direct settlement with custody banks (US Bank, Bank of NY Mellon and State Street Bank) via the DTCC CTM system, direct reconciliation with administrators (Ultimus LeverPoint Private Fund Services, IFS and Ultimus Fund Services), and connections to registered investment company distribution partners (Schwab, TD Ameritrade, Pershing, etc).- Finance - Manage the team responsible for all financial aspects of the funds, separately managed account (SMA) program and management company. Activities include NAV calculation, fee calculation/collection, fund expense review/approval, shadow administrator activity, reconciliations, and financial statement preparation.- Compliance - Developed, implemented and continue to lead the compliance infrastructure of the firm. Special situations long/short US equity hedge fund launched in June 2012 via master feeder comingled vehicle. Responsible for financial operations, risk measurement, infrastructure development, compliance, investor relations and other non-trading activities. - Managed all financial aspects of both the fund and management company - Monthly NAV, fee calculation/collection, fund expense review/approval, shadow administrator activity, financial statement preparation, procedures manual preparation, compliance program development and implementation, SEC registration, subscription/redemption processing and oversee service providers. - Developed trading infrastructure across futures, options, and equities by linking Bloomberg OMS (EMSX) with internal back office to prime broker (Morgan Stanley) and administrator (US Bancorp Fund Services). - Defined and implemented risk management system to capture, categorize and summarize risk variables within the portfolio.- Extensive hands-on development expertise in Microsoft Excel (macro programming), VBA (cross discipline) and Microsoft Access (database development, management and data mining). - Additional responsibilities include investor relations, business development and fundraising.

Spot G-10 foreign currency hedge fund and managed account program. Responsible for non-trading activities.- Grew funds under management from 50 MM in June 2005 to 312 MM in May 2006.
