Responsible for Talent Supply Chain Management within workforce of 2,500 FTE in NL and 1,350 in BeLux (as of 2011) on an operational, tactical and strategic level. Furthermore responsible for Human Capital Development, Leadership Development, Corporate Citizenship, Diversity, Recruitment, Compensation & Benefits, HR Operations and Pay-roll. Leading a team of 100 FTE and act as spokesperson for the media. Some highlights of results include: • Development and implementation of leadership development program for all employees, including an executive program for top 70.• Compensations & Benefits: Implementation of new pension scheme including selection of and transition to new supplier; implementation flexible mobility policy and development of flexible employee benefit policy.• Balance of people capacity during changing economic conditions.• Legal restructuring Accenture Netherlands including merger of three works councils.• Development and implementation Diversity Management.• Development Corporate Citizenship vision and positioning and implementation structure to support Corporate Citizenship activities.
