My core skills center around qualitative design research, design strategy, service design, and team leadership. Most recently, I lead a team of design researchers and service designers working across various client projects from early stage design research to employee experience to mapping complex customer experiences to increase efficiency and satisfaction. I also spent a good amount of time building and scaling research and service design practices, selling to prospective clients, and connecting our practice to other teams within the consultancy to enable cross-selling deals.I'm currently looking for my next role. Ideally, it would be remote or NYC/hybrid. Much of my experience is in financial services, but I am also have experience and interest in healthcare, health and wellness, and diet/nutrition.Outside of work, I spend most of my time working on my little homestead in upstate NY where I grow and forage food, raise chickens, tend wild plants, manage a farmers market and community garden, and try to stay grounded to the off-screen world.
