My team is responsible for global support of Dolby’s Corporate Applications utilizing ITSM via ServiceNow. Our portfolio of application includes hosted, “on premise” and cloud apps including SAP, Zuora, Shopify/Stripe, SuccessFactors, Concur, SFDC, Atlassian, Apttus, Docusign, Agile, and many custom web & mobile applications. I recently led 2-year IT effort to transform our online business to a subscription based usage model.In addition to Support Services, I am responsible for SLAs, PMO/Project Delivery, SOX compliance and the Strategic and Technical Application roadmap. The team is comprised of an experienced Management team, Project Managers, BSAs, Functional and Technical resources. We are located primarily at Dolby HQ with a large off-shore development team.We have recently completed several automation efforts to reduce manual work and improve efficiency for both IT and Business stakeholders saving hundreds of manual hours per month. Our technology stack includes UIPath, Tricentis Tosca and Q-Test.

My team is responsible for Service Operations over a diverse portfolio of IT Infrastructure applications and services including the Dolby Help Desk. My internal customers include Dolby Business Units, Enterprise Apps, BI and IT Security teams. To meet Dolby's business SLAs, our scope includes strategic, consultative, project and operational services. We are a "cloud first"shop, and we support traditional on-premise, hosted and cloud infrastructure. My global IT team is located in the large Dolby offices where we support PC, Mac, Linux and VM infrastructure for thousands of corporate and engineering users and devices. We have strategic partnerships with our vendors to leverage their services allowing my teams to focus on higher value IT activities. Partnering with the business units is an important aspect of my position. My IT skills include: Portfolio Management, ITSM and Vendor alignment.
