Current• Maintain servers, switches, routers and firewalls for the entire site of 550+ workstations and users.• Install/Configure Windows NT/2000/2003 Server, Install/Configure client tools and applications on Windows NT/2000/XP operating systems.• Rack mount and wire Cisco/Nortel switches, Cisco routers and Cisco firewalls.• Setup/Configure DNS/WINS/DHCP on Primary Domain Controller(PDC) and Backup Domain Controller(BDC).• Setup/Configure DHCP scopes for multiple Data/Voice VLANs.• Maintain Windows Server Update Services(WSUS) server to push out Windows Security updates to all servers/workstations.• Assist Network Engineers in the configuration of ports for VLANs, troubleshooting of connectivity and installations of new network hardware.• Create/Maintain user accounts, groups, group policy objects and orginizational units in Active Directory.• Maintain onsite/offsite data backup using StorageTek tape robot and Veritas Netbackup.• Maintain/Create datashares for users on the local file server.• Maintain Symantec Anti-virus, push new virus patterns to all workstations.• Create and maintain images using Symantec Ghost, roll new images to production floor using Symantec Ghost.• Automate daily task or lengthy projects by developing scripts, batch and VB scripts.
