I helped launch Windows 8 and Office 365 as a Program Manager, and worked with Bing Mobile, Product Activation Business Intelligence (BI), global sales readiness, and internal infrastructure over the course of four 6-month rotations. Aside from general Program Management activities, accountabilities included creating product scope and rollout plans and presentations to senior leadership.Highlights: -Planned features and feature telemetry based on market data, usage data and direct customer feedback, prioritized based on cost and value, and executed feature flights to determine success.-Designed user workflow and UI for Local Deals features in core Bing search results, increasing customer engagement by ~5% for relevant queries in minimal viable product release.-Created business intelligence platform to share large volumes of near-real-time (1 hour) Product Activation data to several stakeholder teams, enabling anti-piracy activities necessary for successful Windows 8 and Office 365 launches.

DISSCT (Data Intrusion Security Standardization Collaborative Team) is a working group of cross-functional information assurance professionals organized for the purpose of pushing for standardization of data breach reporting across industries. The group's goal was to accomplish this using its position as an unbiased third-party to spread awareness of breach reporting issues and share useful information to help interested parties.Highlights:-Coordinated group’s efforts to conduct research and spread awareness of security issues.-Published and presented research at academic conferences and roundtables.-Sought out by other groups and government agencies to share how our research can be continued, and applied in real-world scenarios.
