    Hit Squad
The Etiquette Group Feb 2023 - Present
At The Etiquette Group, I work as part of the "hit squad", a team of the best staff members from the agency. This allows me to work alongside high-profile clients such as Ferrari and QinetiQ and at some of the most prestigious events in the UK like the British Grand Prix, Royal Ascot and Cheltenham festival, to name a few.Being a part of hit squad has allowed me to see a different side of these events, as I have worked both front of house, as waiting staff, bar staff and in management positions, but, also on staffing and event management behind the scenes.
  • Barracksport
    Techinical Director
    Barracksport Jun 2022 - Present
    Oxford, England, United Kingdom
As Technical Director, I form part of the main backbone of Barracksport as a way to coordinate the team on race weekends while still being able to undertake some of the more technically demanding practical roles. I work hard to establish a clear line of communication between key members of the team. Away from race weekends, I work hard on research and development along with design work for new parts to extract marginal gains and get results. In its inaugural season, Barracksport took part in the BRSCC Citycar Cup and the Student Motorsport Challenge, where we finished 3rd overall. Along the way, we picked up vital experience in the world of motorsport and how to run a race car and conduct ourselves in a high-pressure environment. We also acquired a BRSCC record as the first student-based team in any championship to win an overall race.Having just finished our second season as a team we have learned a lot more and developed so much as young engineers. A challenging season with 2 cars written off and multiple issues with no fault to the team really developed our skills and perseverance as a whole and personally propelledme to a new stage of my learning journey.
