The core responsibilities of the position requires proactive management of Noel Leeming’s web content design and execution, ensuring our website reflects current marketing campaigns and corporate branding, monitoring day-to-day enquiries and managing Sub-Brands micro sites.To be responsible for web content design, rapid optimisation of site UI/UX (both desktop & mobile), content execution and web enquiries management within the Noel Leeming Group.

Hatcher is a Start-up based in Wellington, working out of the Creative HQA managerial role in charge of all design orientated decisions including but not limited to UI/UX, all marketing, business material and infographics.Areas of expertise:- Syncronised management of both iOS & Android platforms- Managing multiple projects- Employing lean methods to product for swift development / reiteration- Valuing / incorporating team’s collective opinion- Experience managing app in wide use- Executive decisions with regard to creating & implementing new features- Various prototyping (paper & origami) / organising demonstration meetups- In depth understanding of a user’s context beyond in-app screens/flows- Meeting deadlines with short notice- Anticipation of gotchas (i.e network issues, asynchronous nature of mobile, various sizes)- Basic understanding of Objective-C language & Xcode- Seamlessly collaborate with Developers
