I am a Registered Nurse who decided to venture into the legal realm, continuing my education by earning a certification in Legal Nurse Consulting and creating my business, Thomas Nursing Consultation, INC. With my nursing background involving emergency medicine, radiology, moderate sedation procedures, and adult and pediatric care in each of these areas, I have acquired a variety of nursing skills over the years. With this experience, along with my CLNC certification, I am well equipped to work with attorneys as an independent contractor. I can provide guidance and a quality work product based upon my scope of practice, along with locating other nursing experts as needed. I am happy to provide services as a consultant behind the scenes and/or as a testifying expert witness. Some of the services I offer are screening cases for merit, researching current medical practice, defining the standards of care, reviewing medical records, writing reports, and more.
