In my role as Head of Modern Workplace with FLSmidth, I manage a team of 15 people, located in Denmark, India, Germany, Australia and the US.I am responsible for setting the overall strategy for the Modern Workplace and assisting my team-members to succeed as well as actively participating as technical lead in several areas.
