As a Senior Solution Designer, I am currently responsible for designing end to end ICT solutions, bespoke adaptors and complex integrations for MDS Global, a leading provider of Business Support Systems to the telecommunications industry.As the primary solution architect for large telecommunication projects, I am responsible for transforming high-level business requirements and user stories into practical solutions for the implementation of significant customer projects based in the UK, Asia and South America, designing and and supporting the development of custom ICT solutions including external system integrations with core mobile network components, mobile number portability gateways, mobile device management platforms, warehousing systems, payment providers and commissions management systems for industry-leading telecommunications clients.

Contracted by SA Health as a System Analyst for the new Royal Adelaide Hospital (nRAH), the state’s flagship public hospital providing world-class healthcare and facilities for South Australians since its opening in 2017.I managed activities relating to the technical implementation of new initiatives for the cardiology department, including complex integration work between new and existing systems to significantly improve workflows within the department as well as scoping and collating business, functional and configuration requirements to support key projects, including the development of a new bespoke car parking permit management system and activation of a new commercial fines management system.

Worked in collaboration with SA Health stakeholders to determine and oversee the transition of key ICT systems from the old hospital to the nRAH.I was responsible for designing, managing and coordinating the successful relocation of all ICT systems for the Radiation Oncology department to the nRAH, including the complex ARIA Oncology Information System, working closely with ICT Project Streams, vendors and clinical stakeholders to ensure systems were transitioned with minimal disruption to ICT and clinical services.

Led activities relating to the configuration of applications migrating to the nRAH, ensuring a seamless transition to the new hospital and allowing applications to operate as expected with minimal disruption to hospital services.My key responsibilities included managing the configuration requirements of more than 60 applications transitioning to the nRAH, gathering requirements from key stakeholders, designing detailed deployment plans and leading implementation activities to successful outcomes ensuring the configuration requirements for applications were met as services transitioned to the new hospital.

Servelec Healthcare is a UK-based technology group providing software, hardware and services to the healthcare and social care sectors for improved outcomes and a greater quality of care. I was part of the project team responsible for scoping, designing and deploying custom-tailored IT solutions for local authorities, NHS Trusts and private health services across the UK and Ireland.My key responsibilities included facilitating discovery sessions and leading client consultations with clinicians and IT managers to scope, install, configure and test bespoke IT solutions for healthcare organisations. This included managing the deployment of specialist software on multiple client sites and internally hosted infrastructure, delivering pre and post-launch onsite client workshops, training end-users and providing first and second line support for customer UAT and post-handover. I also oversaw full testing cycles for each new software release and conducted comprehensive testing of bug fixes and new features for new and modified client versions of software. Additionally, I developed external and internal guides and documentation for clients and colleagues, including implementation documentation, installation instructions, testing scripts, training manuals and product training videos.

Outsourcery is a leading UK provider of cloud-based IT, infrastructure and business communications solutions to SMEs, large enterprise and the public sector. I provided outstanding technical support to partners and clients in the UK and internationally.I was responsible for providing online and phone client support for products including Microsoft Lync 2010 and 2013, Microsoft Exchange 2010 / 2013, Microsoft Dynamic CRM 2011, Microsoft SharePoint 2010 and for cloud-based storage solutions and guiding clients in the implementation of new cloud-based services and with the migration and upgrade from previous systems.

Chase de Vere Independent Financial Advisers provides financial advisory services to clients across the UK. I provided troubleshooting and helpdesk support services to 450 staff across 13 regional offices and assisted in the planning, preparation and execution of enterprise-wide IT projects.During my time at Chase de Vere I provided high-quality inbound support and remote assistance through a Citrix-based platform to resolve complex technical issues for users from across the UK and assisted with system migrations and provided technical support for new software upgrades, including the introduction of a direct printing solution, upgrades to Microsoft and Financial Advisory products via Citrix and the roll out of thin terminals to office-based users. I also led small teams on ICT projects from conception to completion, ensuring user needs and business requirements were met within budget and on time, including the implementation of a new Outlook archiving system and a rollout of mobile devices to users.
