A young professional who has a vast experience in marketing, event management, leadership and governance. Currently I am undertaking the AIB Operational Excellence graduate programme working as part of the Customer & Design team. Following on from graduating with a 2.1 in Law&Society in 2022, I held the role of DCU Students’ Union President for 2 years(2022-2024). During this time I represented the needs of over 20,000 students at various different levels; from sitting on Governing Body for DCU, to University Executive to lobbying national politicians to ensure the needs of students were met. Some of my proudest moments of my 2 years as President were lobbying for a reduction in parking for students, being involved in the launch of DCU Care&Connect, booking the Queen of Irish house music Jazzy for Freshers 2024 and representing and presenting to over 200 attendees DCU at the ACUI Regional 8 Conference in Boston. Continuous learning is something that I am extremley passionate about and recently have just completed a Level 9 in Leadership, Creativity & Innovation from UCD. During the course I researched the positive benefit’s that student events had on wellbeing of students and the impact it has on their student experience. Currently I am about to start studying for my QFA exams. I am a passionate individual who enjoys organising experiences for people that create memories and working as part of a team! I have interests in Powerlifting, Golf, Food and Music.
