Tom is an established independent human resources consultant with over 20 years of professional work experience. Most recently serving as Director of Human Resources with Sacred Heart Cathedral Preparatory, Senior Director of Human Resources and Administration for Plymouth Housing Group and Ronald McDonald House Charities® of Southern California. Tom was the Vice President of Human Resources and Internal Operations for the Peninsula Humane Society and SPCA and in the private sector he worked for major corporations such as Paramount Parks, SEACOR Corporation and Cedar Fair LLC.
