Thomas has been in the benefits and compliance industry since 1999 starting out as a registered representative before moving into a plan consultant role specializing in retirement plans. Thomas currently serves as a retirement benefits consultant in the benefits department of a regional hospital.Prior to joining Mass General Brigham, Thomas worked with, The Standard, Hartford Retirement Services, Sentinel Benefits, and most recently with John Hancock.Thomas is a graduate of St. Anselm College and currently serves as president of the Board of Directors for Centerboard, a non-profit organization committed to assisting working and homeless families achieve independence.
